A native of the Harrisburg area, Dr. Hallock graduated from the University of Virginia and the University of Maryland Medical School. After an Orthopedic residency through the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center of the Pennsylvania State University and an AO Fellowship in Traumatology in Switzerland, he was Board Certified in Orthopedics and joined Orthopedic Surgeons Ltd. This group later grew into what is known as The Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania, where Dr. Hallock serves as CEO.
Dr. Hallock’s interests lie in the treatment of degenerative joint disease of the hip, knee, and shoulder. He specializes in joint replacement surgery of the hips, knees, and shoulders. He currently uses computer navigation for surgical procedures on the hip and the knee.
He is currently a member of the American Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
Dr. Hallock is also involved with the research and development of Total Joint prosthetics.
He resides in Hummelstown.
