"This was our first visit to OIP and it was a great experience. My daughter had a fall the day before our visit and when I called the pediatrician they were only able to fit us in at 3:30pm which was a schedule conflict for us. When I called OIP to inquire about the walk-in clinic in Harrisburg, the woman on the phone was kind enough to schedule an appointment in Hershey when she realized we were coming from Palmyra. I couldn't believe that we could have a same day appointment with an orthopedic surgeon without begging or referrals! I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for your excellent bedside manner and congeniality yesterday. You may not realize how good I felt after leaving your office, regardless of how quickly the steroid injection worked (And it did work very well). This morning I am walking normally, and feel ready to resume my workouts. But it is not the mechanics of your visit that impressed me the most. It was your upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor toward me that was so refreshing!
